About the
Space
The Warami (pronounced Wara-Me) Community Centre
will serve as a hub for Local Not-For-Profit and Charitable organisations to host meetings or training sessions, with flexible spaces for a broad range of community programs. The Panthers Group are offering the space as a venue that will enable Penrith Community Groups and organisations that are helping challenged and vulnerable people to expand their programs and operate within a state-of-the-art building close to local amenities.
All bookings must be made by Registered Charities or Not for Profit DGR Organisations only. Please refer to the FAQ’s for more information
Training Rooms
The four rooms at Warami Community Centre are perfect for team meetings, board meetings, workshops and training. Included are two flexible spaces for up to 50 attendees and two Boardrooms set for up to 12 guests.

How many spaces are available?
There are 2 spaces available for hire.
Who can hire these spaces?
Please see hirer eligibility below:
- Western Sydney based
- Registered Charities or Not For Profit Organisations who are registered as a DGR’s Deductible Gift Recipients.
Please note that eligibility may change as we continually assess the demand for the spaces
Is there a fee to hire the space?
There is no charge to hire the space.
How often can you book the spaces?
There is a maximum of 4 bookings per month/one per week per charity. This may be updated or changed as we assess the demand for the spaces
What days or times are they available?
There are two booking times available:
Day bookings: 8:30am to 5pm
Evening bookings: 6pm to 9pm*
*Please note that alcohol consumption is not permitted at Warami Community Centre.
What is the maximum number of guests in each room?
40 guests, pending set up requirements.
